- After shampoo and conditioning, apply 2-3 pumps of foam into hands and then onto damp hair

- Spread the foam through your hair working from roots to ends. Continue this process until all your hair is covered

- Comb through to distribute the foam evenly

- Your hair can then be left to air dry or can be blow dried. Style as normal
