Shipping Policy 


Shipment processing time 

We aim to dispatch all of our orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates for UK

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping within the UK on all orders over £30. This is standard Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping, which usually takes 2-3 business days (May vary at busier periods during the year). The checkout will default to display the cheapest shipping method. If you wish to upgrade your order to receive it faster, you may do so from the drop down menu displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates for Europe

International Shipping is set at the rate of £4.99. Items such as nail polish, aerosols, body sprays, deodrants or perfumes unfortunately cannot be shipped internationally.


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Customs, Duties and Taxes 

EllaBonita LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages 

EllaBonita LTD is not liable for any products lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
