Delivery Information: 

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, where possible. All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public/bank holidays. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the full and complete address is submitted at checkout.

- While DPD will do their best to deliver next day, we have no control over its delivery time once it has left us. Next Day Delivery is an estimate and not a guarantee.

- £2.95 for under £30 spent 

- £1.49 for over £30 

Free Untracked Economy (Applies on orders over £30)

- Sent Royal Mail 2nd Class 

- Estimated arrival 5-7 business days 

- Not a tracked service with no tracking link 

The above delivery options are estimates set by the delivery company and not a guarantee. No refunds are given for a delay in the arrival of your parcel. 

Refunds and Returns: 

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back if the product has not been opened, the security seals have not been broken and in the same condition as received. 

Please email us on info@ellabonita.co.uk for approval as we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or refunds we are unaware of. The cost of the return is to be paid by the customer.
