Delivery Information: 

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, where possible. All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public/bank holidays. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct and complete address is submitted at checkout.

Please email us on info@ellabonita.co.uk for approval as we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or refunds we are unaware of. The cost of the return is covered and paid for by the customer.
