Delivery Information:

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will qualify for same day dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email from EllaBonita.

Standard Shipping: We offer FREE UK Standard Shipping for all orders over £30. This will need to be selected from the drop-down menu at the cart page of the checkout. Should you wish to upgrade your shipping to a faster service, you can also do so. Please allow 3-5 working days for Standard services.

Tracked Services: For Tracked 24, please allow 1-2 business days. For Tracked 48, please allow 2-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from Royal Mail where you can follow your package on its way to you. You will receive a Tracking Link in your “Order Has Been Shipped” email so you can follow your package on its way to you. Please allow an extra day in case of delays.

Guaranteed Next Day: This is the only service that is guaranteed for next day delivery and applies on all orders placed before 2pm during weekdays only.
